Further CD Cover Inspiration-Brief ideas

These CD covers have really inspired me because I like the look of black and white themes. I feel that this colour scheme adds further dimension and adds more emotion to the images. Also, this theme stands out and is quite eye catching. I may consider using a black and white colour scheme on my CD cover.

Photoshoot 1

Attached are the photographs which have been achieved after my first photoshoot. I particularly like the heart shapes drawn in the sand as I think these create a good effect. I also like the footsteps in the sand as I think these represent a sense of time well. In addition, I like the expressions used within the photographs of the model. I will however use a different model with more appropriate clothing but these photographs grasp a sense of what I was trying to achieve within the photographs. I hope to achieve some more photoshoots to develop my initial ideas further. The skies within these photographs look quite good as it contains various colours which could be used to represent different emotions. Furthermore, I like the imaes where the model is looking in the distance at another couple which represents her jealousy of them and her regret that her love is over. Overall, I feel this first photoshoot was successful and has allowed me to gain further ideas for my music video. I intend to edit some of these photograps to enhance their effectiveness.

Weather Conditions

I want to start to take inspirational photographs to build a basic idea of locations and shot types etc. However, I want the weather to be slightly grey with a bit of a sunset effect. I haven't yet found a perfect backdrop and weather conditions for the photographs yet. I hope my intended weather conditions are achieved soon.
